Return and Exchange Policy
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days from purchase date
- Original receipt, packaging, warranties, and instructions must be included
- Gift vouchers will only be accepted for exchanges or store credit
- A restocking fee will be assessed on all credit card refunds (VISA / MC/ DISC/ AMEX -3%, min $10)
- No returns or exchanges on special-ordered items or items that have been worn, damaged, or altered (including, but not limited to, length, size, engravings, stone variety, or arrangement)
- Gentilcore Jewelers reserves the right to refuse return/exchange of any item
