We offer appraisal service for insurance and estate purposes. Your jewelry will be thoroughly cleaned and carefully evaluated by our in-house staff. Most appraisals will be completed within 3 to 7 business days.

All of our repair work is done in-house with expert care and precision. Our bench jewelers have a combined 120 years of experience and can generally complete your repairs within 5 business days. Contact us today with any questions or read our FAQs.

Can You Make Custom Jewelry?

Yes, we can remount your diamonds into one of our bridal designs or custom-make one of your own. Call ahead to schedule an appointment to discuss design options or come prepared with ideas of your own.
How Long Do Repairs Take?

Most repairs will be completed within five business days. We address all repairs on a queue-based system.
Do You Do Appraisals?

Yes, we provide written jewelry appraisals for insurance or estate valuation. Most appraisals are completed within three to seven business days. Jewelry must remain in our possession during that time to be thoroughly cleaned and evaluated by our GIA Graduate Gemologist.
Do You Change Watch Batteries?

Yes, we are able to change most watch batteries while you wait. We cannot guarantee water resistance.
Can You Repair Watches?

No, unfortunately, we do not employ a watchmaker. However, we are able to send any of the brands we carry out for factory service.
